Community based ECD program

In response to the call from ECD centre in our community where KELMA had been working in.

. Support the ECD centre and Home Based care program to be registered as NPO and to meeting the expectations of the NPO directorate, to have improved their financial management system.

. Train and build capacity of Matron (managers) in office and human resource management including basic condition of employment Act, fundraising and resources mobilization, financial management and administration, planning monitoring and evaluation strategic network and relationship.

. Training and build capacity of cetre government bodies in government and financial etc, roles and responsibilities of governing bodies for improved governance.
