With our commitment to the vision of create a conducive environment where families living with children and youth, infected by HIV and AIDS are provided with good care and support. The organisation have entered with different NGO,NPO and funder partner likeThe Nelson Mandela Children Fund, the partnerships marks an opening for Organisation to use the experience we have gained since 2006 to encourage and train families and young people in the community to also take over the character of concerning themselves with plight of conditions that limits families from providing sufficiently for young children's needs.

KELMA has implemented the child and youth Psychosocial support with assistant of Nelson Mandela Children Fund in 2012-2013. To help youth and children with psychosocial support they need. 

The main areas of concentration shal be to help them with the following:

1. After school care program
2. To raise awareness of the psychosocial needs
3. Promote the protection and participation of children and families affected by HIV and AIDS
4. Ensure child care givers have access to information on psychosocial support
5. Promote mainstreaming of psychosocial in all government, civil society and community service
6. Counseling and life skills development program
