KELMA partner with the local business and local community based organisation to make awareness to community about UIF and COIDA. 

In this program we conduct work about UIF and COIDA which is the service from department of labour. Most of our clients are farm workers and truck drivers as well as domestic worker. Most of them have no idea about COIDA.

We conduct our work shorp in Motheo, Xhariep, Lejweleputswa district municipalities and we conduct door to door campaign. During our one on one sessions due to COVID 19 we visited Truck stops to talk to the truck driver who have many problem that affect them in their job with the employer which include the tax issues.
